About Paddock Bleacher Services
We inspect bleachers and submit to you a comprehensive and professional bleacher inspection report. We also service, repair, and modify bleachers to meet current national safety codes. We are located in Lockport, Illinois where we have our offices and fabricating shop. In addition to the sale and service of bleachers we also sell and service any type of athletic equipment including basketball backstops, wall padding, batting cages, gym curtains of any kind and folding partitions. Plus, we also engineer and design custom or standard football field press boxes; including the fabrication and installation of press boxes.
We manufacture and fabricate all athletic equipment including automatic power operation for bleachers, power operation for basketball backstops, safety straps for backstops, bleacher accessories including self-storing end rails, centerline hand rails, back rails, intermediate steps, handicap ramps and special seating for wheelchairs, replacement wood planks, replacement aluminum planks, replacement modular plastic seats.

Our History
E.T. Paddock Enterprises Inc. is a family owned business; founded by Eugene T. Paddock in March of 1969. Eugene is semi-retired and is still the company owner and President.
Our early years focused on the sales of Brunswick School of Equipment; including classroom furniture, case work, gym bleachers, basketball backstop equipment, and folding partitions; for schools, offices and churches.
Originally located in Downers Grove. Eugene built his first manufacturing facility in Lemont, Illinois in 1984. With his business expanding and needing more space he built a larger manufacturing facility in Lockport, Illinois in 1991 which we still call home today.
In the Winter of 1993 Gene’s son John Paddock came to work for the family business. John has been with the company for over 26 years and is currently Vice President and runs day to day operations.
For over 50 years in business, E.T. Paddock Enterprises Inc. have evolved from a product installation and sales company. To a company which manufactures, installs, repairs and inspects a wide variety of products and services for gymnasium bleachers, outdoor bleachers, basketball backstops, gymnasium curtains, gymnasium equipment and school press boxes. With our customers including public and private schools, park districts, arenas, stadiums, theaters and places of worship.
Years Established
105.2 Yearly inspection required. The owner shall cause all bleachers, folding and telescopic seating, and grandstands to be inspected at least once a year in order to verify that the structure is maintained in compliance with the provision of this standard. All folding and telescopic seating shall also be inspected to evaluate compliance with the manufacturer’s installation and operational instructions, including an inspection during the opening and closing of such seating.
